You know how much you LOVE to use that excuse that you can’t lift weights because you can’t afford them, you forgot to buy them on your last trip to Wal-Mart, your kids keep walking off with them, etc.?  Well, if you want to hold onto that excuse, you better stop reading because the TRUTH is . . . your pantry or cellar full of cans of soup, sauces, vegetables, etc. is probably JUST what you need to start adding a little resistance training to your workout routine.

Now if you’re SO BEYOND THE SOUP CANS . . . just get to the store or hop on Amazon or Craigslist already and spend a few dollars to buy yourself some health!  Your metabolism will thank you (not to mention your clothes).
