I bought new sneakers. I remember a time when I would buy clothes to workout in, sure that these clothes were going to be just what I needed to get motivated to get in shape. Some of them were never worn. Now I needed new sneakers because mine were worn out! As far as the clothes go, guess what? You really don’t need anything new to get in shape, just the desire. So don’t wait for new clothes, or a special workout. Just go for a walk. Walk fast enough to have a little difficulty carrying on a conversation and you are working out! It’s that simple!
