I told you yesterday that I would offer ideas and i will. However I would love for you to sit and think about what you really want. How many times has it started to get warm, you panic, and want to smack yourself for not getting in shape sooner?

I do hope you really do sit down and think about what you want. Think about how that will look and feel. For those of you that have my book Finding the Voice Inside You you have the tools to dream big and know what I’m talking about.

For now, make one change in your workout. Not working out at all? Start walking around your block daily. Never added weight training to your workout? Now is a good time to start. Whatever it is, start with one change and commit. Add new changes slowly and watch what happens!
