There seems to be a theme here… next step yesterday and step it up today. Different step, sort of. It’s easy to think of your workout as something you have to complete. Something you have to trudge through to keep your commitment. Let’s face it. It gets boring. So do something different. Instead of your typical walking/running route, scope out a new one. Try a class you have heard about or better yet, workout with a friend. You will be surprised how it flies when you make a change. Your body and your mind will thank you!
