In the spirit of paying attention (yesterday’s post) I thought it would be fun to see what others do to change up their workout. Have you looked within your community for a local high school track to run on? Do you have a new gym in your area? What about the gym you’re a member of already, are there classes there that you haven’t tried? You can change it up even more by doing it with a friend or joining a running club. Sometimes the social aspect of exercise can make it so much more enjoyable. Change things up!
