I have been crazy busy lately. Traveling, school events, moving… The weekends seem to be catch up time instead of Set up time. When that happens, Monday seems to fall in my lap and its easy not to have a plan for the week. If that happens, take a few minutes in the morning— I’m talking 5-10 minutes tops—and think about your goals for the week. Is it get to the gym 4 days this week? Eat at home each weeknight? Maybe its get a solid 7 hours of sleep. Whatever it is, move from Manic Monday to Motivational Monday. Once you outline your goals, you have a plan you can stick to!
