That was a favorite. It may be true. You may have more in your day than planned, or your day could have done a complete 360 and you are now home with a sick child, you have to work later than planned forcing you to miss a favorite class, lots of things can happen. It’s what you do with that change up that not only prepares you for the next time, but helps you to stick to your routine. If you can’t do a class, walk at lunch. If you’re home with a sick child, find a workout video, either one of your own or one you can watch on cable. Do situps, walk the stairs for a cardio workout, pushups on the living room floor. Find a way to get something in. You will feel better about yourself in the end!
