You know I love Monday! And what a day! Crisp Fall air makes for great running weather. I love to get up, lace up my running shoes and head out the door. It’s so invigorating to feel the cool air on my face and soon the crunch of the leaves under my feet. I think that starting my Monday with exercise makes the rest of the week manageable. I do whatever I can to protect my Monday morning workout. What do you do to get your week going?
