There good and bad things in life that can drain our energy. For me, traveling can be exhausting, even though it was for vacation. Fatigue is a funny thing. It can play tricks on you. When you’re tired, its not uncommon to think that __________ is too hard to do today. It can escalate into a conversation with yourself about why you committed in the first place. It could be as simple as washing all of your clothes right when you return, to making a healthy meal, to getting your workout it. If you’re tired, rest. If you start to wonder why you committed to: this program to lose weight, workout program, get in shape for that wedding, eat better….. stop and realize the fatigue will pass. Listen to your body, rest and move on.
