Sometimes I can get into a rut with my workouts. To stay motivated I change things up. As I said earlier this week I like to exercise outside in the Fall. So I change up my route for my run, or make it a point to get outside with my kids more. Other suggestions are to go for a bike ride. Who cares if you haven’t done it in years! Change up what you do to keep things interesting. Your body likes the muscle confusion and your head loves the new sights!
