Today I am truly thankful for my body! We have been talking this month about loving ourselves. And the human body is truly nothing short of a miracle — definitely something to be appreciated and thankful for every day. Just think of all the things your body allows you to do, to experience, to create, etc. There is truly an endless volume of things we could talk about here.

In other words, an under-utilized body is an unappreciated body — and we owe it to ourselves and our bodies to help them have the ability and opportunity to DO all they are CAPABLE of doing!
To that end, I have teamed up with my friend Scott Evans to bring you an amazing opportunity to allow your body the gift of fulfilling the measure of its creation and becoming all it is capable of!
